These Terms of Service apply to all services offered through O Dan y Dderwen. By booking or participating in any session, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Sessions offered through O Dan y Dderwen provide body-led, somatic, and nature-based support intended to support awareness, regulation, rest, and reconnection with the body. Services may be offered online or in person.
The services provided do not constitute medical treatment, psychotherapy, counselling, or mental health care, and no medical or psychological diagnosis is given.
The services offered through O Dan y Dderwen are not a substitute for medical, psychiatric, or psychological diagnosis, treatment, or advice. While my background includes extensive clinical physiotherapy experience, sessions offered through O Dan y Dderwen are not medical treatment, and no guarantees are made regarding specific outcomes.
You are encouraged to continue working with your GP, consultant, or other healthcare professionals as appropriate. Participation in sessions is voluntary and collaborative, and you remain responsible for your own wellbeing.
Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
Bookings must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
You may cancel or reschedule a booking more than 48 hours before the session for a full refund.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the session time are non-refundable.
Clients agree to:
Provide accurate and up-to-date contact information.
Ensure access to the required technology for online sessions (e.g. Zoom).
Attend sessions in a suitable environment that supports privacy and safety.
Take responsibility for their own physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing during and after sessions.
Clients must not record, copy, or redistribute live or recorded content without prior written permission.
Clients are responsible for seeking appropriate medical or psychological care where needed. Sessions offered through O Dan y Dderwen do not replace medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
If you are experiencing acute physical or mental health concerns, you are encouraged to contact your GP, emergency services, or a qualified healthcare professional.
All personal information shared during sessions is treated as confidential and handled with care. Information will not be shared with third parties except where required by law, or where there is a risk of serious harm to yourself or others.
For online sessions:
Clients are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection and access to the required technology.
O Dan y Dderwen is not responsible for disruptions caused by technical issues outside of reasonable control.
If a session is interrupted due to technical difficulties, reasonable efforts will be made to continue or reschedule where appropriate.
Outdoor sessions take place in natural environments and may involve uneven ground, weather conditions, and other natural variables.
By choosing an outdoor session, you acknowledge and accept responsibility for your own safety and comfort, including wearing suitable clothing and footwear. Sessions may be adapted or rescheduled due to weather or environmental conditions where necessary.
I reserve the right to refuse, pause, or discontinue sessions if they are not appropriate, if boundaries are not respected, or if continuing would not be in the best interests of either party.
Participation in sessions is voluntary. To the fullest extent permitted by law, O Dan y Dderwen is not liable for any loss, injury, or damages arising from participation in services, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
These Terms of Service may be updated from time to time. The most current version will always be available on the O Dan y Dderwen website.
